Brief Description:
We are looking for a versatile, motivated, mission-aligned Associate Scientist with a Biochemistry background to join the Research and Development team.

You Will:
Develop and apply methods to isolate proteins from diverse plant sources, including seeds, tubers and leaves.
Develop and apply methods to measure food functionalities of isolated plant proteins.
Develop techniques to understand the relationship between isolated plant proteins’ physicochemical properties and food functionalities.
Participate on multidisciplinary teams to develop next generation plant-based foods.
Prepare and test food prototypes in the lab and in the kitchen.
Be able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
Have ample opportunities for career development.
